Hiring immediately:
Sunstates Security is hiring Unarmed Flex Security Officers in the Youngsville area. Flex Officers must be available to work any shift, sometimes on a short‑notice basis, and must have flexibility in their schedule.

Pay rate: $20.00/hr with weekly pay.

An Flex Security Officer serves as a highly adaptable member of the security team, providing coverage at various sites and shifts based on operational needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment through patrols, access control, incident response, customer service, and accurate report writing.

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company’s operational and financial success. Flex officers provide trained, competent support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers while protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.

The scheduling parameters for a Flex Officer differ from those of a fixed‑post employee. You will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need. Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary and you may be called at short notice to cover a shift.

• You are expected to work any shift you are scheduled for if you are available, and to communicate any unavoidable unavailability to your supervisor.
• For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusing more than 20% of called shifts could negatively impact your employment status.
