Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and support security-related protocols for people, property, and deliveries.;
Verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor permissions, document arrivals and departures, and communicate access-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management and reporting unusual activity.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for access issues, maintenance concerns, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
