Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm
Armed Security Officer duties may include vehicle patrols of designated areas or campus, requiring a clean motor vehicle record, and building access control using security screening equipment (e.g., x-ray/metal detectors) as applicable.
Weekly or Daily Pay options are available. Free state security training is sponsored by Allied. Career advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package are available for eligible employees.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered as permitted by law.
- Drug screening will be conducted where permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
