Shift: Saturday‑Sunday, 10am to 10pm

• Assist Allegiance management with delegated duties and functions.
• Follow written and verbal directives.
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces, including tile, concrete, carpet, grass, and dirt.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Handle public relations and awareness, dealing tactfully with the public.
• Assist in investigations concerning loss or damage of client property.
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure, and other directives.
• Obtain detailed statements, write reports, interview and observe, and document information in a professional manner.

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow the rules, instructions, and lawful orders.
• Ability to cope with stressful work situations.
  
  Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff, as well as follow all mandated safety requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Guard License.
