Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies;

Communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitor processing, and restricted-area access;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate when needed
