Your mission:
Within the Consulting & Training Department, you will contribute to the development and structuring of the risk management consulting activity. You will work with public entities, large real estate developers, and event organizers with high attendance. Your main tasks will be:
Analyzing the risks of malicious intent and identifying the vulnerabilities of sites, taking into account the local context and usages, Building plausible and adjusted scenarios of malicious intent to specific constraints, Proposing proportionate, coherent, and operational protection devices, combining organization, procedures, physical measures, and technological solutions, Conducting ESSP (public safety and security studies) when required by regulation, and conducting adapted safety diagnostics and plans outside this framework, Producing structured, well-argued, traceable, and directly exploitable deliverables by decision-makers, Participating in the development and updating of methods, tools, and supports of the department, Occasionally leading training sessions related to safety, Keeping up-to-date with regulatory and technological developments to maintain a high level of expertise.
This position is based in Saint-Marcel (27) or fully remote, with occasional travel to Vernon.
With a Bac +5 degree or equivalent experience in safety, risk management, or a related field, you have solid experience in consulting, auditing, or safety engineering, ideally with public entities, large real estate projects, or high-attendance events. You are familiar with ISO 31000, CNPP 6011, ISO 22341, ISO 22342, and AFNOR SPEC 2404, and know doctrines such as Vigipirate and PPMS, PSE, POMSE plans.
Autonomous and rigorous, you can lead a mission independently, with excellent writing and relationship skills. Experience in ESSP, public place diagnostics, or safety systems assistance is a plus.
