Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, common areas, parking lots, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter access points, as assigned;
Monitor entrances, exits, and delivery activity to help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior within the location;
Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing customer and employee activity, reporting concerns, and following post orders related to retail operations and after-hours access control
