Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to all individuals at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a food and beverage environment;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, entrances, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or delivery activity, and support site rules related to employee, contractor, and vehicle entry;
Observe surroundings and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, spills, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel in line with site protocols
