Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document key details for follow-up;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting and reporting suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site protocols for a technology-focused location;
Support a professional environment by communicating with staff and guests, reporting security-related issues, and/or following post orders for assigned patrol duties
