Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and report maintenance concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and follow site-specific protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations;
Support day-to-day security-related procedures with professionalism while maintaining awareness of fast-paced workplace activity
