Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and help to confirm that entry procedures for staff, guests, deliveries, and/or vendors are followed in accordance with location protocols;
Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by reporting maintenance concerns, access control issues, and/or policy-related concerns that could affect daily operations
