Armed Security Officer - Part Time

Location: Hookerton

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Carry armed equipment in accordance with post orders, training, and applicable regulations while maintaining a professional presence during patrols and interactions;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and support security-related operations involving inmate movement, staff escorts, and controlled access procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel as needed
