Job Schedule- Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and other security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify conditions that may require a security-related response.
- Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including directing foot traffic, assisting with access restrictions, and following post orders during critical situations.
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
