Security Officer Armed Patrol Unit

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, actions taken, and/or unusual activity according to post orders.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized entry attempts, restricted area concerns, and/or security-related hazards to the appropriate contacts.;
Support law enforcement, facility personnel, and/or first responders during emergencies, escorts, transports, and other security-related situations as directed by site procedures.
