Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and/or deliveries while following posted site protocols for a food and beverage location;
Support site operations by communicating with supervisors and client representatives regarding security-related matters, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues
