Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit activity for associates, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers; verify credentials and follow site access-control procedures;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
