Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, vendors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site requirements.;
Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
