Security Officer Part Time Morning Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate common areas, building perimeters, parking facilities, entrances, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site requirements.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain communication with property management and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and operational concerns.
