Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology-focused location;
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document service requests, incidents, alarms, and critical situations, then coordinate the appropriate response;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports while communicating relevant information to security-related personnel, site contacts, and emergency responders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely updates and escalating matters as directed by site-specific protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance-related issues
