Security Officer Armed Perimeter Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel at a government corrections location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain awareness of movement throughout assigned areas in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.;
Operate assigned communications equipment and complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
