Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report unauthorized access or suspicious behavior;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership
