Job Purpose

To prevent property loss through theft, vandalism and fires. Protect safety of company employees and visitors.

• 10pm-6a
• Monday
  - Friday

• Evaluate security and procedures at various locations.
• Conduct on-site inspections for compliance of security procedures.
• Work with area Police and Sheriff’s departments in dealing with thefts, trespasses, etc.
• Repair faulty locks, knobs and cores.
• Work with area teams and agencies to eradicate protesters and employee drug use.
• Monitor and analyze incident reports and prepare various other reports.
• Investigate property loss.
• Arrange transportation to various locations for security monitoring.
• May operate security booth, answer phone calls, and screen visitors.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

• Thorough understanding of security procedures and measures.
• Knowledge of Penal codes and patrolling techniques.
• Knowledge of investigation techniques and property loss prevention.
• General locksmith knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Typing skills.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 6 months’ previous security experience.
• Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
