Security Officer

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Driver for perimeter patrol at a client facility. In this on-site role, you will conduct vehicle-based perimeter patrols, monitor access points, and safeguard people and property across the site. Responsibilities include controlling entry and exit, observing and reporting suspicious activity, responding to alarms and incidents, and completing accurate reports. You will operate a patrol vehicle safely, follow detailed post orders, and uphold Allied Universal's standards of safety, vigilance, and customer service while interacting professionally with clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed perimeter vehicle patrols to protect client property and personnel
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas; control access per site procedures
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security incidents
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Operate patrol vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic and company policies
• Inspect perimeter fencing, gates, and security hardware for tampering or damage
• Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and law enforcement when needed
• Follow all post orders, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and safety drills to maintain readiness
