Security Support - Greensboro

Description

The purpose of this position is to uphold Security policies and procedures and to provide administrative support to Loss Prevention/Security while maintaining access control and providing premier customer service to a certain corporate facility.

• Responsible for executing the guest management policies and procedures within Publix facilities.
• Responsible for completing administrative tasks associated with Loss Prevention/Security department.
• Responsible for maintaining records, both written and electronic, of all guests/vendors
• Reviewing Smart Alerts & LPMS Case Assignment
• Processing paperwork
• Responsible for managing the assigning's of company pool cars.

• Responsible for completing administrative tasks associated with Loss Prevention/Security department.
• Responsible for maintaining records, both written and electronic, of all guests/vendors
• Reviewing Smart Alerts & LPMS Case Assignment
• Processing paperwork
• Responsible for managing the assigning's of company pool cars.

Asset Protection

Security

• 6 months experience in an office setting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
• Must be able to work a variable work schedule
• Must be able to read and write clearly and concisely
• Must be able to communicate verbally
• Must be able to analyze information and multi-task.

• College level course work in criminal justice or other related studies and
• One or more years of experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
• Knowledge of basic security techniques and
• First aid

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.

In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
