Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and completed activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
