Location:

Kernersville, NC (Advance, NC). Salary range: $30,000 - $55,000 per year.

The job of Facilities HVAC Technician is for the purpose/s of installing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment plant wide. This individual will also identify repairs and/or replacement needs, assist others as required providing information on the proper uses of equipment and ensuring adequate materials are available to complete a job in a timely manner.

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical, preferred
• HVAC experience
• Freon license required
• Proven electro/mechanical skills
• Properly use hand tools and test equipment in a safe manner and follow all OSHA regulations
• Requires knowledge of power distribution, lighting, control, and equipment to determine cause of electrical failure
