Gentry Service Group, located in Swannanoa, NC, is seeking an Install Apprentice. Join our fast‑growing company installing energy‑efficiency products and enhancements. No industry experience is needed, but is preferred. Paid training is provided. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.

7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Some overtime required)

Up to $20.00 per hour

To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high‑quality experience.

Installation Manager

• Valid driver's license and insurable by Company insurance carrier
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Prior HVAC experience or training is helpful
• Good math/science aptitude
• Tolerant of heights or close in spaces
• Understanding of the basic principles of construction
• Clean appearance

• Follow directions as given, written and verbal
• Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
• Comply with all safety rules
• Understand how to use a tape measure
• Work in close quarters and work off a 20" ladder
• Unloading/stocking supplies and equipment
• Unloading/loading truck
• Cut & drill holes
• Insulate duct
• Build platforms
• Fill out a daily timecard accurately
• Possess written and verbal English language skills
