This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, , NC, for skilled Millwrights and Welders. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks for machinery and equipment. Employees will utilize and maintain an assortment of power and hand tools while working on installations, dismantling, and assembling industrial components. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment is a key priority in this role.

• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and ability to perform Maintenance & Repair on industrial equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical and machinery issues
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools for a variety of mechanical and fabrication tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining safe work practices
• Previous experience in millwright or welding roles is highly advantageous
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
