Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Lake Waccamaw, NC

Pay: $18–$24 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Lake Waccamaw, NC. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of mechanical HVAC concepts and a strong desire to learn, grow, and strengthen core HVAC skills. This position requires someone who is punctual, reliable, and open to feedback for continued professional development.

• Diagnose HVAC system issues in residential and/or commercial settings
• Perform troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Demonstrate understanding of compressors, motors, thermostats, controls, and sensors
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies
• Collaborate with installation and service teams as needed
• Maintain diagnostic tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical principles
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Professional communication skills

• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Valid driver’s license required
