Pay: Depending on experience + spiffs/bonuses

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime, flexible time off

• Report to the shop every morning for job packet and company vehicle
• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Installing electrical wires in existing homes and new construction
• Electrical panel changes
• Electrical circuit upgrades
• HVAC related electrical work
• Generator installs and repairs
• Providing excellent customer service and high‑quality experience for our customers
• Maintain high‑quality work and timely job performance

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 4+ years’ experience as an electrician
• Residential service, repair, and installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems and repairs needed
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Knowledge of state and local safety codes
• Ability to read blueprints and browse electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
• Color vision: electricians work with colored wiring and must be able to identify them by sight
