Foreman Pipefitter

Job Summary

HM Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman Pipefitter to lead and supervise our pipe fitting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe fitting, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of pipe fitting crews on various projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping diagrams to determine project requirements.
• Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior pipe fitters and apprentices.
• Inspect work areas, materials, and equipment to detect potential hazards or deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipe fitting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, installation techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including high altitudes and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with various types of pipes such as PVC, copper, and steel.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
