What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Install and replace HVAC equipment when needed
• Clearly explain repair options and provide accurate estimates to homeowners
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, system performance, and maintenance
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Safely work in varied conditions (ladders, crawl spaces, attics; lift 50-100 lbs)

What We're Looking For

• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing training and evolving HVAC technology
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (DMV check required)
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
