Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Inspect guestrooms, public space, and back-of-the-house areas to repair, touch up, or replace light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, etc., and other miscellaneous repairs;
Possess extensive knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades to inspect and detect items needing repair visually;
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks;
Use basic hand and power tools and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling;
Maintain detailed records for logs and inspection sheets in English
