We are hiring for a hands‑on entry‑level Installation Technician to join our Field Operations team. This role is critical to delivering high‑quality installations at customer sites while working alongside experienced Lead Technicians. What You’ll Do- Installing and configuring company systems and components at customer sites
- Supporting system performance and ensuring proper functionality
- Working closely with Lead Technicians to execute project plans
- Following installation standards to maintain quality and consistency
- Troubleshooting issues and assisting with technical problem resolution
- Maintaining accurate installation documentation and reports
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols on every job site
- Managing tools, materials, and equipment at project locations
- Deliver installations on time and meet project deadlines
- Maintain high‑quality standards with minimal rework
- Collaborate effectively with team members in the field
- Continuously build technical skills through training and hands‑on experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
- Experience in installation, field service, or a related trade preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with tools and installation equipment
- Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competitive pay ranging from $17/hr - $21/hr (based on experience)
- Hands‑on experience working on real‑world installation projects
