Job Summary: The Service Technician repairs, services, and maintains paint booths and collision repair equipment at customer locations, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducts routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Handles paint booth cleanouts.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturer standards.
- Maintains detailed service records and documentation of services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations in area
- At least 2 years’ related experience (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit/stand/reach for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Compensation details: 22-27 Hourly Wage
