Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Ace Handyman Services Sandhills is a locally owned business backed by the trusted Ace Hardware brand. We provide high-quality home repair, maintenance, and improvement services throughout Moore County. Our craftsmen are employees—not subcontractors—and we're known for exceptional customer service and professional workmanship.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn the trades, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in helping customers.

As a Handyman Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced craftsmen while learning a wide variety of home repair and improvement skills.

• Assist with carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, and flooring projects
• Help install doors, windows, fixtures, shelving, and hardware
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Learn basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Pick up materials from local suppliers when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service in customers’ homes
• Assist with daily cleanup and truck organization

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working on ladders
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic experience using hand tools preferred
• Construction, maintenance, landscaping, or mechanical experience is a plus—but not required
