Auto Mechanic – Full-Time (Maintenance & General Repair)

• Perform oil changes, fluid services, and basic maintenance
• Replace and repair brakes
• Install, rotate, and balance tires
• Perform wheel alignments
• Diagnose and repair general mechanical issues
• Complete NC safety inspections (if certified)
• Maintain accurate digital service records in our paperless system
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient

• Previous experience as an auto mechanic (experience determines pay rate)
• Strong skills in basic maintenance and general repair
• Ability to work independently and get jobs done efficiently
• Comfortable working on a wide range of makes and models
• Good diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Customer-first mindset — we’re known for treating people right
• Solid communication and technology skills
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE certifications are a bonus, not a requirement

We value skill and honesty. All technicians start at $21 an hour. Over the first 30 days, you will be assigned jobs which you stated in your interview you could perform. Your pay will increase weekly as you demonstrate that you have those skills--the faster you show your abilities on the job, the sooner your rate rises.
