HVAC Academy Student​/Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated individual ready to learn and grow in the service industry.

• 8 weeks of fully immersed training at our Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy and on‑the‑job training (ongoing throughout your career)
• Professional training facility with hands‑on workstations
• Free housing provided for out‑of‑area students
