Job Summary:
A plumbing technician at Pine N' Dandy Plumbing is responsible for providing high-quality residential plumbing services, ensuring customer satisfaction through honest work and professional conduct. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and fixtures, with a strong emphasis on customer service and building trust. Technicians are expected to perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions while adhering to safety standards and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
Residential Plumbing Services:
Perform a wide range of residential plumbing repairs and installations, including:
Drain cleaning
Water heater repair and installation (tank and tankless)
Water treatment (water softeners, conditioners)
Well pump and well tank services
General plumbing fixture repairs and installations
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
Clearly communicate with customers, explaining plumbing issues and recommended solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction by completing jobs efficiently and effectively
Diagnostic and Repair:
Accurately diagnose plumbing problems and implement appropriate repair solutions
Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems
Installation:
Install plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances according to code Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
Key Skills and
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in residential service plumbing
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license and clean driving record
