Triangle Contractors is a growing full-service mechanical contractor focused on delivering turnkey HVAC/mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions to a strong base of commercial and industrial customers. Triangle is centrally located in Morganton, North Carolina and services large healthcare, education, general industrial and light commercial customers primarily in Central and Western North Carolina.

Triangle Contractors is currently searching for an experienced plumber for our project in Marion, NC. The ideal candidate will have prior plumbing experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Lead Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient project execution while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Conduct site inspections to assess plumbing needs and troubleshoot issues, providing technical guidance, as necessary.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Ensure all plumbing work meets local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• 3 years of experience with the installation of Commercial Plumbing Systems. (Required)
• OSHA 10 (preferred)
• Reliable and dependable transportation for job site access.
• Possession of all necessary hand tools required for the trade.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Consistently punctual and dependable with excellent attendance records.
