We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our anodizing and metal finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding repairs in a manufacturing environment and be capable of troubleshooting equipment issues independently.

This position is responsible for keeping production equipment and facility systems operating efficiently. When equipment or production lines experience problems, the Maintenance Technician will diagnose the issue, determine the best course of action, and complete the necessary repairs to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues
  • Replace and repair sensors, switches, heaters, fuses, motors, and other equipment components
  • Change out hoists and hoist control systems when needed
  • Grease fittings and perform routine maintenance to keep machinery operating properly
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Perform basic welding and fabrication repairs
  • Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repair solutions
  • Coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
  • Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Working knowledge of plumbing systems and industrial equipment
  • Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
  • Preferred Experience Manufacturing, anodizing, plating, or metal finishing environments
  • Industrial electrical troubleshooting Pumps, motors, sensors, heaters, and control systems Hoists and material handling equipment
