Location: Louisburg
Franklin County is seeking a Building Code Enforcement Officer to inspect new and renovated structures for compliance with state and local codes across all trades including building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire safety. You will read blueprints, advise contractors and the public, maintain inspection records, and handle stop orders when needed while staying current with code revisions.
A high school diploma with trade school coursework and relevant NC certifications plus a valid NC
