Job Description

You will install, start-up, maintain, overhaul, service, and repair commercial and industrial furnaces, hot water boilers, steam boilers, reheat systems, incinerators, heat pumps and related heating systems.

You will analyze system performance and make decision adjustments to control water temperature, air temperature, steam and water pressures, combustion efficiency, airflow and humidity.

You will install, start-up, troubleshoot, service, and make repairs on a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration, ventilation, and cooling systems.

You will perform diagnostic testing of systems that are computer controlled and use a wide range of meters and gauges for testing and calibrating systems.

You will plan work from electrical and electronic block diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical orders for commercial/industrial systems used to air condition warehouses, office buildings and mission-critical assets.

You will drive a utility truck or similar vehicle to and from the work site in order to transport self, supplies, and other employees.
