Concrete Lead
Aerotek is hiring for a Concrete Lead.
As a Crew Leader Technician, you will oversee a crew of 2-3 people, managing projects and ensuring the successful completion of concrete work. You will be responsible for communicating project progression, coordinating materials, and providing overall updates.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a crew of 2-3 people on projects.
- Communicate effectively regarding project progression, material needs, and project updates.
- Perform concrete work, including cutting concrete slabs, forming, placing, and finishing work.
- Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.
- Experience with rebar and demolition is a plus.
Essential
Skills:
- Experience in concrete work, including cutting slabs and finishing.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience in general labor and construction.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Rebar and demolition experience is beneficial.
- Carpentry skills are advantageous.
- No certifications or OSHA requirements needed.
- Tools and PPE will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and develop skillset.

Work Environment:
The role involves working 10-12 hour days, guaranteeing 40 hours per week with rare weekend work. You will travel within a 2-hour radius of Troutman, with some overnight travel required, totaling six weeks per year. All travel expenses are covered.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troutman, NC.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
