Location: Rolesville

Residential HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm | overtime as needed

What You Will Be Doing:

Perform residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects
Install refrigerant piping, ducting systems, control wiring, and related components
Develop knowledge of HVAC installation methods, standards, and best practices
Work effectively under supervision while also handling tasks independently and collaborating with team members
Conduct equipment commissioning, testing, and operational verification after installation
Participate in ongoing employer-sponsored training through the Trane dealer network and pursue NATE certification opportunities

What We Are Looking For :

Possess a current driver's license with an insurable driving record
Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience, or an equivalent mix of formal training and hands-on experience
EPA certification
Capable of lifting and positioning up to 100 pounds overhead with assistance when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
NATE Core and Specialty certifications are preferred; company-provided training is available for qualified candidates

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
