Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Inspect facility equipment and building systems regularly to identify maintenance and safety issues;
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, air compressors, chillers, cooling systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment;
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently;
Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with internal maintenance team members and outside contractors;
Assist with facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and upgrades to support operational efficiency
