What You'll Be Doing- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment to support plant operations
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
- Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow all safety procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents
- Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with established procedures
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
