DSV - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the condition of the building and equipment through general maintenance and simple repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, custodial).;
Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment; inspect and service material handling equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.;
Operate and maintain safety protocols, report hazards, and assist in problem diagnosis and resolution.;
Operate common hand or power tools and maintain forklift certification; assist in grounds maintenance as assigned.
