Operate and maintain facility systems including ASRS, dock equipment, and electrical/plumbing repairs;
Perform general building maintenance such as lighting, carpentry, and painting;
Log time and materials into CMMS and manage work orders;
Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations;
Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working order
