Weyerhaeuser seeks an Industrial Electrician to support our Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance team. In this on-site role, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment to keep mill operations safe and reliable. You'll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, interpret electrical schematics, and ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and strict safety practices, including lockout/tagout. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll support equipment upgrades, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused environment.
